Questions people ask
I’ve never shopped with you before. Which scent should I choose?
Start with English Pear. It’s our most popular: fresh, softly fruity and easy to live with. Your set comes with one of each anyway, so you can find your favourite. And if one isn’t for you, you have 90 days to tell us.
Why choose Momoria over cheaper candles?
We’ve all bought a candle that smells of nothing once it’s lit. Ours are 100% natural soy wax with a wooden wick, in a frosted glass jar with a wooden lid, so they look lovely out on display. If you’re not impressed, you get your money back.
Is the scent strong, or will it be overpowering?
You’ll notice it when you walk into the room, but it won’t take over. Lovely, not overpowering.
What arrives in my parcel?
Three full-size 230g wooden-wick candles in 100% natural soy wax, in the scents you chose, each with a wooden lid and its own gorgeous box. Plus three greeting cards with envelopes, free.
How long do they last?
Up to 45 hours each, depending on the room. Trim the wick before you light it, and let the wax melt right to the edge the first time.
Do they make a nice present?
Yes. Each candle comes in the most gorgeous packaging, ready to give, and the three cards mean you don’t have to go out and buy any.
When will it arrive?
Order before 2pm and it is sent the same day by Royal Mail Tracked 24, free. The timer under the button shows the day it will reach you.
