What is included in The Home Pairing?
Your pairing includes one 230g candle in your chosen scent, one 100ml reed diffuser in your chosen scent, diffuser reeds and protective delivery packaging. Everything arrives together, ready to place in your home or give to someone else.
How large are the candle and diffuser?
The candle contains 230g of fragranced wax, while the reed diffuser contains 100ml of fragrance and includes its reeds. Both are full-size pieces designed to sit beautifully on bedside tables, shelves, consoles and coffee tables.
How long do they last?
The candle offers approximately 50 burns hours of burn time, while the diffuser typically lasts 1 month
How should I use them together?
Let the diffuser keep a soft fragrance in the background throughout the day, then light the candle when you want the room to feel warmer and more atmospheric. Choose complementary scents for a layered effect, or use the same fragrance family for a softer, more consistent mood.
What happens if my order arrives damaged?

Flip the reeds
Flip the reeds 2–3 times during the first week to help the fragrance develop. After that, flip them whenever you’d like a stronger scent.
Use the right number of reeds
Start with 4 reeds for a softer fragrance and add more if you’d like a stronger scent. If using natural rattan reeds, use all of them for the first week, then remove a few if the fragrance feels too strong.
Keep out of direct sunlight
Avoid placing your diffuser in direct sunlight where possible. Heat and strong sunlight can affect the fragrance oils and reduce their performance over time.

Products are good, delivery needs work
The products arrived in good condition. Delivery was the main issue. It was one day delayed and the parcel turned up without warning.
Glad I chose these two
I was not sure whether English Pear and Tuberose would work together. The candle is warmer and slightly sweeter, while the diffuser is more floral. I leave the diffuser out during the day and normally use the candle in the evening.
